I am Maryland native and Southern Maryland resident. My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here all of my life, give me enthusiasm and a desire to help my neighbors with their real estate dreams. Truly, I love Maryland Old Bay crabs, the O’s and I love my job! After earning my BS from the University of Baltimore, I worked for over 15 years in the Information Technology field as a Project Manager Professional (PMP), mainly on big government contracts. My PMP experience has given me all the tools to organize, negotiate and close exceptional real estate deals.
I have helped coach the US Naval Academy rugby team and I love to support our troops by helping them buy or sell their homes. I am a Military Relocation Professional Designation and earned my e-PRO Certification, solidifying my tech knowledge and skills in my real estate business. I have also earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certificate which enhanced my skills in pricing properties.
